Freebie: get the adventure game Spirit of the North for free on Steam with an 85% rating and collectible cards

PC gamers can now snag a new free game. The single-player, third-person adventure Spirit of the North, which boasts an 85% positive rating on Steam, is up for grabs. The game also supports collectible cards.

To claim the game (a Steam activation key), head over to the Fanatical website. First, log in, then click the «Add to Cart» button. The promotion runs until November 16 or until keys run out.

Spirit of the North is inspired by Scandinavian folklore, with its main action set in Iceland. The story follows a red fox whose fate becomes intertwined with a female fox spirit, the guardian of the Northern Lights.

As players progress, they'll uncover the secrets of an ancient civilization and solve puzzles along the way.
