Shooter Pioneer Coming to PC, Will Get Add-Ons in the Future

Recently, the GFA Games studio published a new trailer for its PvP-PvE shooter Pioner about a post-apocalyptic Soviet island, announcing the release window. Players have accumulated many questions about the project, and the developers touched on some of them in a new article.
The studio published a selection of answers to frequently asked questions in official social networks. Below is a short excerpt with the most important information:
- In the game, you can complete the story campaign alone;
- Communication includes voice and text chat with division by region and clan;
- In-game purchases will affect only cosmetic items;
- Pioner is scheduled for release on PC (Windows and Linux), the version for next-generation consoles will be released later;
- Equipment in the game includes unique types of armor with different characteristics;
- The plot cannot be completely completed in co-op;
- There will be no crossplay;
- After the release, add-ons with new content and territories will be released for the game;
- Anti-cheat will also be added;
- The game will not be transferred from Unreal Engine 4 to the new version of the engine;
- The shooter is completely paid;
- The release date is 2025, the exact date will be announced later;
- The development team consists of more than 100 people;
- The PvP component is optional;
- Tartarus Island is divided into zones with single and multiplayer content. The PvP zone will have its own set of rules that does not allow hunting for single players;
- Artifacts will be an important part of the economy and the upgrade system, they can only be obtained in certain places and with the right equipment.
- The best equipment can be obtained in PvP and PvE activities;
