A new video has surfaced online, showcasing the impact of ray tracing on the graphics of the Silent Hill 2 remake. The game is already available for those who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition.

The video highlights how RTX technology enhances global illumination, reflections, shadows, and ambient occlusion.

Another video compares the remake to the original 2001 version, providing a clear visual evolution.

The third video demonstrates how the remake performs on the PS5 in both quality mode (30 FPS with higher graphical fidelity) and performance mode (60 FPS with lower graphical fidelity).

It's worth noting that the full release of the standard edition of the Silent Hill 2 remake is scheduled for October 8 on PC and PS5. On Steam, the project boasts a 95% positive rating at the time of writing.
