Metacritic Unveils Top 25 Films of 2024

Following its list of the worst films of the year, Metacritic has released its annual ranking of the best films of 2024. The list includes movies released between January 1 and December 31, each with at least seven reviews.
Leading the pack is the satirical film Do Not Expect Too Much from the End of the World, which earned a remarkable 95 points. Last year’s favorites, Anora and The Brutalist, placed 9th and 11th, respectively. Rounding out the list is the animated film The Wild Robot, co-created by one of the minds behind How to Train Your Dragon.
