HP unveils modular HyperX Pulsefire Saga mouse

Following its portable scanner and compact workstation, HP showcased the HyperX Pulsefire Saga, a modular gaming mouse at CES, designed for maximum customization. With swappable components and the option to use unique materials like wood for covers, this mouse offers a truly personalized experience.

The HyperX Pulsefire Saga supports interchangeable modules, allowing users to adapt the device to their preferences. It includes replaceable side grips and buttons, as well as the ability to create custom parts using 3D printing. HP plans to provide blueprints on the Printables platform and collaborate with manufacturers to offer exclusive modules, including wooden options.

The mouse will be available in two versions: a wired model and a wireless Pro version. The weight difference between the two is minimal: 69 grams for the wired version and 72 grams for the Pro model. The wireless version boasts an impressive battery life of up to 90 hours of continuous gaming.

The HyperX Pulsefire Saga is set to go on sale in March 2025, with the wired version priced at $79 and the Pro version at $119.
