Better Than Dead Gameplay Revealed with Photorealistic Graphics

Gameplay has emerged for Better Than Dead, a story-driven shooter with lifelike graphics, inspired by gritty Hong Kong action films. The game is currently in development for PC.

According to Steam, this shooter is being developed by a solo developer. Better Than Dead will take players to a photorealistic Hong Kong, with a story focusing on a woman seeking revenge against her tormentors. The game will feature a variety of levels, including a nightclub, a warehouse, and slums. To enhance realism, the developer has decided to forgo a traditional UI.

Better Than Dead draws inspiration from the as-yet-unreleased Unrecord, a title that has already spawned multiple clones, including Real Shoot, FunkyMouse's ISO, CAM, Live Lens, and the more well-known Bodycam.
