TEAMGROUP is poised to make waves in the global tech market by announcing a lineup of cutting-edge products at Embedded World 2025 in Nuremberg. The company will showcase breakthrough advancements in industrial SSDs, memory modules, and secure storage cards designed to redefine security and performance standards in the era of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing.

A standout product is the industrial-grade P250Q SSD, which features an instant data destruction function. This SSD not only erases data at the software level but also physically damages the memory chips after a set period, making recovery impossible. This solution is already being referred to as a "digital crematorium" for sensitive data.

In the memory segment, TEAMGROUP will unveil DDR5 CU-DIMM/CSO-DIMM modules with an impressive 6400 MHz frequency and just 1.1V of operating voltage. This energy efficiency effectively doubles the lifespan of devices under extreme conditions. A breakthrough for portable systems comes in the form of CAMM2 and LPCAMM2 modules, whose flat, circuit board-like design saves up to 60% of internal space in laptops.

The secure memory card lineup has been expanded with two new models. The D500R WORM, which has already won an Embedded Award, employs write-once technology, making data permanently unalterable once saved — ideal for archives and legal documents. Meanwhile, the D500N Hidden features "invisible" partitions accessible only through a cryptographic key — the digital equivalent of a safe with a hidden compartment.

Visitors to Embedded World 2025 will be the first to see how self-destructing SSDs, memory for quantum computing, and next-generation secure cards are already shaping the future of the industry. TEAMGROUP’s new offerings are expected to set new standards for autonomous systems and global cybersecurity.
