DREDGE: How to Find the Treasure Map — Complete Guide

In DREDGE, players need to collect three pieces of paper that can be combined into a map. This map leads to a sunken treasure, and while finding it is not mandatory, it can help discover valuable resources. In this guide, we will tell you how and where you can find all the pieces of paper to make a complete map.

Each of the pieces can be found on the beach of Stellar Basin. These fragments are hidden among the ruins in the north of D3, in the center of G4, and in the northwest part of I4.

These locations are easy to find on the map as they are open and present no difficulty in reaching them. Upon arrival, simply interact with the wreckage to access the scraps of paper and other valuable items hidden in the ruins.

Crossing the ocean and reaching these three points will be much easier if you have the Haste ability and equipped headlights. This will help avoid unpleasant surprises and encounters with horrors lurking under the turbulent waves. The first wreckage you will find on the southern island, even before reaching the main beach.

The second piece is on the opposite side of the island, next to the Ruined Research Ship. Here you will also find a bottle with a message lying next to the ship's remains.

The last piece can be found on the opposite side of the beach, beyond the northwest island. Visiting all three sunken ships, players can collect the paper scraps and make the treasure map. To do this, you need to connect the large piece of paper located at the top with the piece in the lower left corner and the small piece in the lower right corner.

Now players should pay attention to the area C3, located to the west of the mentioned island, as this is where the sunken chest is hidden. However, the treasure is not located in the very southwest corner of this area, as one might expect from the collected pieces of paper. Instead, players need to sail along the southern edge of C3. Along the way, you should notice a chain that will be visible in the water roughly in the middle.

Once you reach this area, you will need to look closely to notice the treasure, as the chest is hidden beneath the water's surface. Opening it, you will find many valuable items that will be useful in your subsequent playthrough. If you also explore the Ruined Research Ship, you can collect research parts, which will significantly speed up the process of upgrading your ship.

Among the treasures, you will also find a Dredge's Refined Metal. Additionally, the sunken chest can contain various trinkets that gamers can easily sell to a trader when they are near Little Marrow.
