The main storyline in the revised version came from Breakthrough. Almost all locations have been redone and added: a new location, a lot of new content, additional story branches that do not intersect with the main plot, but at the same time greatly help in research and search. The passage still remained non-linear. The order of taking and completing story and quest branches is not tied to each other.

Основная сюжетная ветка в переделанном варианте перешла из Прорыва. Переделаны заново почти все локации, добавлены: новая локация, много нового контента, дополнительные сюжетные ветки, которые не пересекаются с основным сюжетом, но при этом значительно помогают в исследованиях и поиске. Прохождение всё так же осталось нелинейным. Очерёдность взятия и выполнения сюжетных и квестовых веток не привязано друг к другу.
