A very atmospheric part of the cult series. I passed it in one breath, because I REALLY like the history of ancient Scandinavia. Plus, I was pleased that the plot involved the events of the Vikings series, although it would be strange not to mention them, since this is part of the story. So I highly recommend it to those who like this! You won't regret it)

I'm a big fan of this game, Valhalla turned out to be really cool.

A beautiful game, if you don't take into account the attempts at manipulation. In order not to get lost in the meanings, you need to know quite a lot. a good topic for mental training. You need to be more tolerant, but it is also important to understand why. I liked the ease of presentation of the material, some changes, but those who are interested will find out what’s what. In truth, only the first and Valhalla aroused interest. There are no complaints about the game itself. A brilliant idea, high-quality animation, great graphics, interesting gameplay, sometimes deliberately stupid humor, like stop playing, go get busy. It’s really interesting if you understand that the main thing is to get rid of all the negativity, and for this, better games have not yet been invented. Well, except for vodka or whiskey, and they are much more harmful to health. I wish you all success and good health.

If you just play a game in a Viking setting and don’t take into account that this is a series of assassins, then in general you can run around, another thing is that it’s all drawn out, monotonous, the world is big, there are few activities, a very colorful game, beautiful landscapes, locations , characters, a primitive combat system, the simplest leveling, in fact there is no other need, I took up this game several times, never finished it, didn’t get hooked or what, I can’t say, in general it’s definitely worth playing, at least to admire the locals beauty, and of course, rob a couple of monasteries.

Although for me personally Odyssey is better, and Black Flag is nothing in this series yet, the game is not bad, there is even something new for the series (including the setting). I really like that the series has moved on and began to tell different stories, and what’s even better - in different countries, moving away from the already annoying and rather annoying hood men with their annoying hidden blade! I really like the ability to play as any gender, and even better, the ability to switch on the go! True, Eivor should have made the woman more beautiful, despite the fact that she is a warrior.

I regard the Assassin series simply as a simulator of the Middle Ages, where you can just walk, fight and turn it off, nothing more. This game is well suited for this - the picture here is excellent (it’s probably difficult to make a bad one in 2020). For these purposes you can play, but for others it’s unlikely)

In short, the game is off-putting from the very beginning with its attempts to please all sorts of minorities. Why is not clear; very few of them are gamers.

What we did well was the game world, side quests, all sorts of activities, they are really varied, if you want to grind and do all sorts of nonsense, then this game is suitable.

I didn’t like the combat because of its impact, I don’t like the animation of the blows, the way the characters interact with each other during attacks is personally not very pleasant for me to play.

The biggest minus is the donation dump, they added auto-leveling, faster pumping, pay-to-win in all its glory. Without this you can play, but there is a feeling that you are being slowed down, from the general impressions I dropped the game, although I wouldn’t dare call it bad.

If this game didn’t have so much senseless grinding and such impudent donation, which limits everything that can give pleasure from the game, which drags you into this very grind, for me it would be a great game.

Interesting universe, a number of characters, interesting activities around the world.

But for me, the minus here is the combat, the impact and the feeling from it, it’s not felt and felt well, although it seems to be good, but for me it was better and more enjoyable in Origins, although it’s not ideal either.

But the game is killed by the grind, which is tied to microtransactions.
