After the devastating Red Stone War, the world is divided into three regions: the infected lands, where mutants rule; an underground city where the survivors fled; the heavenly city of Esperanza, where the rich and powerful rule. The underground city's resistance forces are fighting fierce battles with Esperanza's corrupt army.
