Usage instructions:

Launch the program (Gibbed.Borderlands2.SaveEdit),
Then click (Open) to load a character save file
Select the save file you want (located at: "My Documents\My Games\Borderlands 2\WillowGame\SaveData", then choose the folder named like 765611979602673912 and open the save file of one of your characters)
