Instructions for use:

Open the program (Gibbed.BorderlandsOz.SaveEdit),
Then click (Open) to load the character's save file
Select the file with the desired character save (located at: "My Documents\My Games\Borderlands The Pre-Sequel\WillowGame\SaveData", then choose the folder with format 765611979602673912 and load the save file of one of your characters.
