Call Center Simulator is a call center simulator in which you have to talk to an angry customer. It uses a voice recognition system and therefore requires a microphone to play. In the game you have to get into the shoes of an ordinary call center employee and try to help an angry customer. You will listen to his arguments through headphones and speak out loud to answer him. Two answer options will be displayed on the screen, saying one of them out loud will allow you to make a choice.
