Adjusted the level of detail so that it does not depend on rendering resolution, ensuring more stable performance at high resolutions;
Minor fog optimization;
Depth of field optimization and adjustments;
Changes to global illumination;
Optimized stuttering when buildings appear/increase in level;
Optimized various stutters across all systems;
Fixed a crash after updating the wind turbine;
Fixed a crash when a car collided with a still-hidden trailer car;
Fixed a crash when loading the mesh (this mainly occurs at low settings).
