Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil is an add-on for the legendary first-person shooter with horror elements Doom 3. 2147 2 years have passed since the events of Doom 3, the UAC corporation detects a signal from a Martian base and sends a research team led by Dr. Elizabeth McNeil. A new Marine and other soldiers explore ancient Martian ruins and find an artifact. After the Marine picks up this artifact, a red wave passes through, killing all the soldiers except him, and a new portal to hell opens. Betruger, who became Maledikt at the end of Doom 3, sends three hunters to Mars to deliver the artifact to hell.
The add-on requires the original version of Doom 3.
