move the file from the archive to the ....DocumentsBioWareDragon AgeSettings folder and replace it with the existing one.
(Note for moderators: There is already a similar file on the site, only it does not open all, but only 99 achievements. This file opens all 109)

переместите файл из архива в папку ....Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Settings и замените его на существующий.
