Bloodborne Rally from the start.
Adds an HP recovery option similar to Malena's Great Rune, but it is always active. You get this as a starter gift or you can buy it from Kale and Twin Maiden Husks.
Start a new game. Choose any class. Don't choose a gift. You will receive it by default.
