This addition is quite stupid in my opinion, in it you have a choice, either you complete all the tasks of the caretaker, in the form of experiments on people and get different things, or you stop her with eloquence or even force.... and that’s all...
The only interesting part of the add-on is the ability to build your own shelter, getting new functions and a new type of building.
