Fallout 4-76 Open World Feral and Synth is a global modification that brings a large number of details from Fallout 76 into Fallout 4. First of all, all standard NPC people are removed - none of them can be found in any of the settlements anymore. The mod gives you the right to choose: remove them or replace them with ghouls or synths. Both are hostile to the player.
