In this save, the main quest was completed before the beginning of Chapter 4, you can decide on the further development of the Minutemen, BS, Underground or Institute... The relations of the factions to the GG are friendly.

In Sanctuary Hills there is a house (2 floors) for the GG, it has a chest with legendary things (weapons and armor), on the 2nd floor there are stands for power armor (5 pieces) on each BS armor from the 1st model to the last... also there is power armor X-01 in the weapons and armor store (screenshot above)... there is also power armor with AK (Atomic Cat) paint. ALMOST ALL settlements have been rebuilt.
