Silent River Insects.
This mod dampens the very loud and annoying insect and frog sounds that can only be heard on the far western edge of the map. If you have a camp somewhere on this river, then this mod will help you keep your sanity. To install, place the SilentRiverInsects.ba2 file in your game's Data folder and add the mod to your Fallout76Custom.ini file.
