MCM is a very famous plugin that adds a "Mod Settings" button to the New Vegas in-game menu. It only displays mods that support the Mod Configuration Menu.

Installation requires NVSE and FOMM. The downloaded archive is a fomod archive, so place it in the desired folder, launch Package Manager and click Add FOMod.

MCM — очень известный плагин, добавляющий кнопку "Настройки модов" во внутриигровое меню New Vegas. В нем отображаются только те моды, которые поддерживают Mod Configuration Menu.
