FNV Diagnostics.
This is a diagnostic tool that looks for problems in your boot order. Immediately after restarting the game, it checks your DLL plugins and mods for inconsistencies, shows a report on the screen and saves it to fnvdiag.log in the game's installation directory. After this, the plugin can be disabled, as it runs tests every time the game is restarted.
It currently checks for major issues with NVSE, JIP, UIO, MCM, TTW and a few others. In the future, it will be expanded with tests for mod incompatibility, missing files, malicious and outdated mods, mod alternatives, and so on.
