Galactic Civilizations 2: Dread Lords is a continuation of the hardcore strategy with turn-based battles in a sci-fi setting. The plot of the game will tell about the human empire, which, after the complete destruction of the ancient race of the Forerunners, was the first to invent a hyperdrive that made it possible to quickly move around the universe without the use of stationary space gates.
