Installation:
The game saves your progress in a file called "Preferences.dat", which is located in the My Documents folder under Atari\GhostbustersSOS\Preferences\. For advanced users, this location can also be found in C:\Documents and Settings\[Your Windows Account] \My Documents\Atari\GhostbustersSOS\Preferences\.
Why the game save is called "Preferences", I don't know.
Ironically, several settings that the game saves (language, screen width and height) are saved in a file called "game.ini", located one folder up from Preferences.
