How to run:

install mod manager Reloaded-II Mod Manager and mod manager Granblue Fantasy Relink;
unpack the gbfr.model.uncensorednarmaya .zip file into the Reloaded-II/Mods folder;
if you are using Special K, in Reloaded-II click Edit Application > Advanced Tools & Options > Deploy ASI Loader;
when ASI Loader is deployed, launch the game through Special K.
