The goal of the mod is to improve all textures in the game. At the moment, the author is increasing the resolution of buildings and characters, and then will replace some with better ones and improve the characters and effects. To install, simply replace the file in the C:/Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/data/maps/man folder.
