A mod that restores old GTA 3 menu sounds and fixes San Andreas sounds.
Installation process:
1) open the zip file containing mods
2) choose the one that suits your game
3) paste the mods folder into GTA San Andreas (or GTA 3) - Definitive Edition / Gameface / Content / Paks
4) Done
