No Dual Wield Definitive Edition.
I've always found dual wielding in San Andreas to be frustrating and immersion-breaking. This script edit removes dual wielding when the weapon's Hitman skill level is reached. This affects the 9mm, Sawn Off, Tec 9 and Uzi models.
