I heard a lot of snobbish whining about this game before the game finally received a port on PC, saying it was a soapy movie and so on. But the plot and atmosphere here are really so strong that they can replace everything that is supposedly missing in this game (gameplay, etc.). This is truly a must play for any gamer at least once.
True, there are at least 2, if not minuses, then nuances:
1) If you play too carefully (reap all QTEs in time), then the ending will turn out to be too ideal and sugary. I played through it only once out of habit, setting the difficulty level to medium, but I dare to suggest that for greater unpredictability, you should immediately set the maximum difficulty level so that spontaneous mistakes would somehow affect the plot.
2) Fixed cameras are evil and archaic. I also understand Resident Evil 1 or Silent Hill on PS1 where there were no sticks on the gamepad to rotate the camera, but here it really gets in the way. The controls that adapt to the camera are annoying - for example, if a character is facing you, then to go forward you need to press S and not W, the layout changes on the fly. Doubtful
