I recently purchased this stunning Victorian Queen Anne house at an FBI auction for a super low price. It definitely needs some work, but at that price, I couldn't pass up this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house with a porch, partially finished basement, and much more. We have no idea why they called it the "Butterfly House."
Anyway, I haven't made it there yet to check the condition of the house, so please go there and try to tidy it up for me, throw out the old junk, do some basic repairs, and buy furniture. We'll bring our furniture later, but we don't have enough furniture for the whole house.

Он определенно требует ремонта, но за такую цену я не мог пройти мимо этого дома с 4 спальнями, 2,5 ванными, крыльцом, частично отделанным подвалом и многим другим. Мы понятия не имеем, почему они назвали его «Домом мотылька».
В любом случае, я еще не добрался туда, чтобы проверить состояние дома, так что, пожалуйста, приезжайте туда и попробуйте прибрать его для меня, выбросить старый хлам, сделать базовый ремонт и купить мебель. Мы привезем свою мебель позже, но у нас нет достаточного количества мебели для всего дома.
