I recently purchased this gorgeous Queen Anne Victorian home at an FBI auction for a super cheap price. It definitely needs some renovation, but for the price, I couldn't pass up this home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a porch, partial finished basement and more. We have no idea why they called it "House of the Moth."
Anyway, I haven't gotten there yet to check on the condition of the house, so please get there and try to clean it up for me, throw out the old junk, do some basic renovations, and buy some furniture. We will bring our furniture later, but we don't have enough furniture for the whole house.

Он определенно требует ремонта, но за такую цену я не мог пройти мимо этого дома с 4 спальнями, 2,5 ванными, крыльцом, частично отделанным подвалом и многим другим. Мы понятия не имеем, почему они назвали его «Домом мотылька».
В любом случае, я еще не добрался туда, чтобы проверить состояние дома, так что, пожалуйста, приезжайте туда и попробуйте прибрать его для меня, выбросить старый хлам, сделать базовый ремонт и купить мебель. Мы привезем свою мебель позже, но у нас нет достаточного количества мебели для всего дома.
