Hover: Revolt of Gamers is an arcade action game in a futuristic setting. The events take place in a neon city where all forms of video games and entertainment are illegal. You have to fight against the dictatorship, interfering with propaganda and helping the inhabitants of the alien city ECP-17, which the inhabitants themselves call Hover City.
