Kapital: Sparks of Revolution is a real-time city-building strategy game with an isometric camera view. You have to try on the role of mayor of a city destroyed by war. Your task is to rebuild the city by managing limited resources, resolving social conflicts and overcoming crisis situations. Rebuilding a city is no easy task. Your resources are limited. You will decide who gets food and shelter first. New threats will not be long in coming. You won't be able to please everyone in the city. Dissatisfied people will protest and riot. And you have the power to choose which class to support and which to suppress.
