Increased range of light and shadow sources and shadows

This mod significantly increases the draw distance of light and shadows in the game. Even at maximum settings, the standard parameters are too low: light sources suddenly turn on right in front of the player, and shadows from them are rendered only 10 meters away. This creates the effect of shadows abruptly appearing when transitioning from one room to another, which disrupts immersion and looks unattractive.
There is a hidden engine setting in the game that is responsible for this parameter, but even at maximum values, it remains too low.
The mod fixes this by significantly increasing the draw distance of light and shadows, which practically eliminates their sudden appearance and makes the lighting in the game more natural.
Installation:
- Extract the contents of the archive to the folder ...\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2\Mods.
- If the Mods folder is missing, create it manually.
Данный мод значительно увеличивает дальность прорисовки света и теней в игре. Даже при максимальных настройках стандартные параметры слишком занижены: источники света внезапно включаются прямо перед игроком, а тени от них прорисовываются всего в 10 метрах. Это создаёт эффект резкого появления теней при переходе из одной комнаты в другую, что нарушает погружение и выглядит некрасиво.
В игре есть скрытая настройка движка, отвечающая за этот параметр, но даже при максимальных значениях он остаётся слишком низким.
Мод исправляет это, значительно увеличивая дальность прорисовки света и теней, что практически устраняет их внезапное появление и делает освещение в игре более естественным.
Установка:
- Извлечь содержимое архива в папку ...\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2\Mods.
- Если папка Mods отсутствует, создайте её вручную.
