This mod increases the stats of the buyable horses in KCD2.
There is a version for all horses, one for only Pebbles, and one for only Herring.
Both Pebbles and Herring start out as pretty bad horses with low stats. After you ride them for quite a while, hidden perks are activated. "Good Old Pebbles" gives a buff to Pebbles' stats, and "Red Herring" gives a buff to Herring's stats.With these buffs, Pebbles and Herring become two of the best horses in the game.
However, they aren't the best in any one category. This mod increases the stats Pebbles and Herring start with. You can either use the regular versions, which make Pebbles and Herring better from the start but still require you to get the hidden perks to make them the best horses in the game, or you can use one of the "No Buff" versions, which max out their stats right from the start.
In this case, the buff you get from the hidden perks will not be necessary, nor will they have any additional benefit. They aren't harmful either, as far as I can tell, so you can just ignore them.
Installation:
- Choose and download only one archive;
- Extract the archive contents to the folder: ...\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2\Mods;
- If the Mods folder does not exist, create it.
