This mod fully unlocks the camera mode by removing collision and range limitations.

What It Is:

A simple .cfg-based mod that changes the values of two CVAR variables.

What It Does:

Removes distance limitations in Photo Mode;
Removes collision in Photo Mode.

Installation:

Extract the contents of the archive to the folder:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance2\Mods;
If the Mods folder does not exist, create it manually.
