Layers of Fear (2016)

Layers of Fear is a first-person psychological horror about a mad artist around whom horrific things unfold. Players will get into a huge mansion with beautiful windows, furniture and a huge number of unforgettable paintings. The main character is an artist lame in one leg, who himself does not fully understand who he is, what is happening to him and where his loved ones are. We learn most of this information in the form of notes and a monologue of the main character. The game mechanics of the game are implemented in a similar way to games from developers from the Frictional Games studio — the authors of Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Objects can be picked up and rotated, and doors can be opened by pulling the handle towards you.
