Lifestream is a first-person horror adventure with puzzle elements. It's a modern blast from the past, combining the best elements of interactive fiction, visual novels, and gamebooks with a graphical user interface that emulates the text-based adventures of the early 1990s. It features beautiful artwork and cinematic music. Instead of a text parser, there is a context-sensitive menu with multiple selection. A compass allows you to navigate from room to room, and separate inventory, map, journal, and character screens are accessible at the press of a button.
John Holton's father, a Catholic priest named Randolph, went missing two weeks ago. Unable to go to the police for help as it would tarnish his father's reputation as a priest, John takes it upon himself to find his father.
