A new modification for the updated Mafia II Definitive Edition slightly diversifies the usual sound of the game. The mod replaces the standard car horn with the Godfather theme song, which was heard in the TV series "The Sopranos".

The modification is also compatible with the classic 2010 version of Mafia 2.
