A gameplay modification for Mafia 2 Classic that alters the standard difficulty in the game, making it more realistic. In this new difficulty, just one bullet can kill you, but you can also take down an enemy with a single shot. The mod completely overhauls outgoing damage and changes the camera angle while taking cover, as well as removing the navigation map.
Additionally, selecting the highest difficulty will also enable a first-person view while sitting in a vehicle.
