Good ending, we all rule the city together (Lincoln, Vito, Cassandra, Burke are alive, each has 2 districts). Lots of money in cash and in the safe. All weapons have been collected, including those from all DLC, all skills have been upgraded. All cars have been collected and upgraded, except for one, which is given for completing all races. Almost all of the races have been won for gold, so you have something to do (there are a couple of races left)). All upgrades for cars, all clothes (including from DLC) are open, wiretapping has been installed throughout New Bordeaux and its suburbs, ALL collections, magazines, etc. have been collected. Sammy's bar has been restored and fully upgraded.
