Updated FSR 3.1.3 to increase FPS
This file updates the outdated version of FSR to more new, increasing the FPS and reducing delay.
How to launch:
- downloading it to the game folder, replacing the old AMD_FidelityFX_DX12.DLL file. The game will be loaded a little longer at the first launch after installing the mod.
