Mass Effect 3. This is the game that I dove into.

Continuation and ending of the great space opera, telling about the difficult fate of Commander Shepard, his friends and the whole galaxy.

A threat is approaching the world. The most dangerous of synthetics, the Reapers, destroy all intelligent life forms every 50 thousand years in order to give birth. And it is Shepard who is trying to unite all races together and fight back the impending threat.

The plot of is why all players fell in love with the Mass Effect series. This is not just a story. It's a whole story. Every dialogue is important, every character will tell you something important and new, drawing you more and more into this world. In this game you will have to use your words. After all, you decide who to take as allies, how to deal with the enemy, with whom to build relationships, and only the “word” is capable of this.

It is also impossible not to mention the ending of the game. There are several of them. Your actions during the game play a significant role, so think carefully about everything before making a choice.

Gameplay. Everything here is very interesting. We can transfer all decisions made from previous parts here, which will affect the further development of events.

We have to:

- surf the cosmos in search of allies, fulfilling their demands.

- look for resources, artifacts, lost soldiers and spaceships to increase the strength of your troops.

- get to know a lot of interesting characters, their history, views on war and the world in general.

The combat system is made in the style of a tactical shooter (the same as in previous parts). Here you need to think with your head. You won't be able to just rush at the enemy (except on easy difficulty). You will have to place satellites in advantageous positions, coordinate their actions, develop their skills and choose weapons. The fighting has become incredibly interesting.

Graphics. Of course it’s not great, even for its time, but it’s done well. And this is not a game where the graphics affect anything. Start playing and you will understand everything yourself. All effects look colorful.

I really liked the game, and the ending, as they say, “squeezed me out” and left a special aftertaste. As space games go, Mass Effect stands out and is on a completely different level. And it seems to me that even the new “Andromeda” will not be able to repeat the success of the trilogy. But we will find out very soon.
