L'Alpe D'Huez Airport - LFHU.
Alpe d'Huez Airport has a 1,500-foot paved runway with a slope reminiscent of Courchevel. The airport is located high on the famous mountainside and overlooks the valley below with a steep drop off at the end of runway 24. This mod reworks the small airport to make it more usable and realistic.
Installation:
Installation is the same as for most mods, just extract the folder and place it in the community folder.
Features:
- Re-converted the runway and parking lot to better simulate real life
- The control tower has been made
- Replaced standard AI buildings with hangars
- Added a windsock in the right place
- Added fuel tank
- Fixed roads around the airport
- Fixed the sports complex at the bottom of the runway
- Hid any satellite image artifacts such as parked planes and shadows.
- Added and removed trees where appropriate.
