Virtual Lego is what Minecraft is for me. I can't stand the limitation of legos to these squares and the visual result. The only thing I like about this is the freedom of imagination, when they give you everything and collect what you want.
I never understood this game as a video game, why play it, why the hell is it needed, etc.
As a sandbox constructor, the game is truly bottomless and limited only by imagination, you can puzzle yourself and assemble a world within the world there, create a functioning calculator from the real world, a monitor, etc. - and for this, respect to Minecraft.
