What do you associate with the word minecraft? I have a whole generation of people who grew up playing this game, and with its help they found something to do in life. This game is a great example of the fact that because of the simple ability to do almost anything you want, these types of games are in greatest demand - the player himself feels that he is going further than just the plot - in Minecraft, players come up with their own plot, because, in fact, it is not in the game itself. But this is not a minus, but rather a plus of this game. It's addictive not with endless quests, but with its endless possibilities - thanks in part to its players and the mods they created.

I like the game but there are some disadvantages:

1) Microsoft is ruining minecraft with updates and the like.

2) The game community is 80 percent people 5-14 years old.
