NCAA Basketball 09 March Madness Edition — is an XBox Live arcade exclusive release that features the same gameplay as NCAA Basketball 09 but only features the NCAA Tournament mode with the 2009 NCAA tournament bracket. There is no quick play mode, season or dynasty mode, and there is no support for online multiplayer. NCAA Basketball 09: March Madness Edition supports multiplayer on the same system, but only matches that actually occur in the tournament bracket are possible. There are a total of 65 teams in the tournament, accurate statistics and player numbers, and actual tournament locations such as the Final 4 in Detroit, Michigan.
