As you know, in nfs undercover there are missions with car thefts. And the cars themselves often have some cool vinyls stuck on them. In this save, all the cars from the missions are in your garage! I did it all myself, without any hex editors or third-party saves .Of course, everything was not done exactly as in the game, but I think that I made everything very similar to the original.
