A simple mod for Phoenix Point will allow you to trade items in large quantities, rather than one item per cancer, as is implemented in the standard game.

After installing the modification, press Shift+LMB to sell 5 items of the same type at once, or you can start ctrl+LMB to sell all items of the same type.
